More About the Riggs Team:

Lee has 35 years of real estate experience counting her 12 years at Lakeside.

In Rochester, Lloyd worked weekends helping Lee hold open houses but went full time in Mexico.

Lee & Lloyd work as a team and were nicknamed The Dynamic Duo by one of the local publications.

Lloyd, a mechanical engineer, with a keen insight for construction quality and Lee, with many years in real estate and providing training for new agents for the real estate board, make an unbeatable team.

Lee started her Real Estate career in Houston, Texas in 1974. In 1975 she sold Lloyd a house and they were married in 1977. Lloyd was transferred to Rochester, NY in 1984 to work with Kodak. Lee joined him there several months later. In Rochester, Lee had to start over and take more classes and exams. She went on to get her New York State Brokers license.
